Terms of Sale
Last updated July 22, 2026

How ordering works
You see the full amount before you commit to anything. Delivery is priced from the city you are delivering to, so your total is complete at checkout.
- 1. You choose your items and address. Once you pick your city, the delivery fee and platform fee appear in your total straight away.
- 2. You see the grand total. Items, delivery, platform fee, less any discount. That is the amount you will pay.
- 3. You place the order and pay. Paying online takes you to a secure payment page for exactly that amount. Cash on delivery means you hand over exactly that amount at the door.
We will never add a charge to your order after you have placed it. If something changes on our side — a price correction, or an item going out of stock — we will contact you and either agree a change with you or cancel and refund. We do not adjust your total without your agreement.
Cash on delivery requires a signed-in account. You may pay online as a guest.
Prices and fees
- All prices are in Philippine pesos and are shown per unit on each product.
- Delivery is charged per city and shown as soon as you choose yours. A city we do not deliver to is refused at checkout rather than quoted later.
- A flat platform fee is added to every order and shown in your total before you pay.
- Meat and eggs are sold by the stated unit. Where an item is priced per kilogram, small natural variation in weight may occur; we will not charge you more than the total you saw at checkout.
Availability
Stock is limited and is reserved when your order is submitted. If an item becomes unavailable before we prepare your order, we will contact you to substitute it, remove it and refund the difference, or cancel the order at no cost to you.
Delivery
- We currently deliver to [Delivery areas not yet set — add it in Admin → Settings].
- Our current preparation window is 25 - 35 mins. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — traffic and weather affect them.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods. These are perishable products and cannot be left unattended.
- If nobody is available and we cannot deliver, we will contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed deliveries of perishable goods may not be refundable.
Payment
- Cash on delivery — pay the total shown at checkout in cash when your order arrives. Requires a signed-in account.
- Online payment — GCash, Maya, or card, handled by our payment processor. Placing the order takes you straight to a secure payment page for the total you were shown. We never see or store your card details.
Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — we can usually still cancel before preparation begins, and an online payment is refunded in full. Once perishable goods have been prepared for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible, but your rights on delivery are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Food safety and handling
Our products are perishable. Refrigerate or freeze them promptly on arrival and follow any handling guidance shown with the product. We are responsible for the condition of goods at the point of delivery; storage after that point is yours.
Your consumer rights
The Consumer Act gives you the right to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are defective or not as described. We do not use, and will not enforce, any “no return, no exchange” rule — that is prohibited under Philippine law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to raise a problem.
Complaints and governing law
Please contact us first — most issues are settled quickly. If we cannot resolve it, you may bring the matter to the Department of Trade and Industry. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice.
